This worm was found during a night dive swimming in mid water 1 meter
over a sand bottom. When caught in the torch beam it settled gradually
onto the sand and proceeded to burrow under the surface.
The occurrence of dorsal papillae suggests that the worm may be a member
of the genera Acanthozoon or Thysanozoon. |
