| Comments | The flamboyant coloration of this polyclad based on a velvety black
background with a median yellow stripe (or two stripes) and transverse
yellow streaks suggest that this polyclad is displaying aposematic
or warning coloration.
There seem to exist several very similar variants (flat0023, flat0086, flat0123) of P. dimidiatus or closely related but distinct species (flat0091, flat0204). |
